Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Auto-Renewal

EvenField subscriptions do not automatically renew. Your access lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase. At the end of this period, you will not be charged again unless you choose to manually renew for a new season.

Cancellation & Data Access

Because your subscription does not auto-renew, "cancelling" simply means you have chosen not to pre-pay for the following year. You will maintain full access to generate unlimited rosters for the remainder of your paid 12-month term.

After your paid term expires, your account will revert to a read-only state. You will still be able to access and download your historical game data and rosters for up to 12 months after your subscription ends. Please see our Terms of Service for more detailed information on data retention.

Refunds

We want EvenField to be a helpful tool for your team, not another headache for a volunteer. While we offer a 4-roster free trial to help you decide if the app is right for you, we understand that things change.

If you find that EvenField isn't the right fit for your team within the first 14 days of your purchase, please reach out to us for a full refund. Beyond this initial period, or if the service has been used extensively throughout a season, we generally handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis focusing on technical issues or exceptional circumstances.
