Privacy Policy

What we collect

EvenField collects the information you provide when creating an account - your name, email address and the team, game and roster data you enter. We use this information solely to provide the EvenField service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Google and Meta sign-in

When you sign in via Google or Meta, we receive your name, email address and avatar image from those providers. We do not access any other information from your social accounts.

Your team data

Administrative access to team data - including player names, game times and supporter information - is restricted to you and any interchange assistants you invite.

Access by interchange assistants can be revoked at any time.

Rosters can be shared via a link, allowing anyone with that link to view the roster without logging in.

Authentication

EvenField uses JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for authentication and session management. These tokens are stored securely in your browser and are used solely to keep you signed in. They are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.

Analytics and tracking

The EvenField app collects anonymised usage data to help improve the service. This data is collected directly by EvenField and is not shared with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.

The EvenField website may also collect anonymised usage data through third-party services including Google Analytics and Cloudflare, which may collect performance and usage data via browser-side monitoring tools. These third-party services are subject to their own privacy policies.

Data storage

EvenField is built on Cloudflare's global infrastructure, with primary data storage in the Asia-Pacific region. As Cloudflare operates a distributed network, your data may transit or be processed outside Australia. Cloudflare's privacy practices are outlined at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Deleting your data

You have full control over your data. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated player and roster data at any time via ourdata deletion page.

Privacy complaints

If you have a privacy concern or complaint, contact us at privacy@evenfield.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of EvenField constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
