Your right to deletion

You can request deletion of your EvenField account and all associated data at any time. This includes your profile, all teams, rosters, player information and supporter data.

How to request deletion

Email us at privacy@evenfield.com.au with the subject line Data Deletion Request and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 14 days.

Google and Meta sign-in

If you signed in via Google or Meta, deleting your EvenField account removes all data we hold about you. It does not affect your Google or Meta account in any way. You can also revoke EvenField's access directly from your Google or Meta account settings at any time.

What we cannot delete

We retain anonymised, non-identifiable usage data for service improvement purposes. This data cannot be tied back to you or any individual and is not subject to deletion requests.

Subscriptions

EvenField subscriptions do not auto-renew. If you delete your account mid-season, your remaining subscription period will be forfeited.

However, if you've only recently joined (within 14 days) and have decided the tool isn't right for your team, please contact us atsupport@evenfield.com.au before requesting deletion so we can process a refund for you. We aim to do the right thing by our fellow volunteers where possible.
